My name is Olivia, founder of MiniFitness! I was born and raised in Montreal, and currently operate out of New York City! During my undergraduate education, I studied a combination of Exercise Science and Chemistry, and also coauthored numerous published studies in nutrition. Most recently, I completed my master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. I started MiniFitness because I wanted to share my approach with people looking to improve both their health and performance. Also, as an equestrian rider, weight lifter, and marathon runner, I consistently utilize nutrition to improve my sports performance. So, my goal is to make sound and scientifically validated nutritional advice readily available to athletes of all levels.
